District Judge Recruitment Eligibility Criteria 2026
Any candidate who has completed 7 years or more of continuous practice as an Advocate/ Pleader including Government Pleaders and Public Prosecutors on the date of application and who give declaration of appearance in at least 24 cases per year in the last three years; shall be eligible for consideration for such appointment. Candidates qualifying the Written Test shall be required to give declaration of appearance in atleast 24 cases per year in the last 3 years preceding the year of advertisement which is 2025-26.
