Personal Assistant (PA) :
- Graduation degree from a recognized university.
- Shorthand speed of 100 words per minute in Hindi.
- Speed of 30 words per minute in Hindi and English typing.
Stenographer :
- Graduation degree from a recognized university.
- Shorthand speed in Hindi 80 words per minute.
- Speed of 30 words per minute in Hindi and English typing.
Data Entry Operator (DEO) :
- Intermediate qualification from any recognized institute.
- Speed of 8000 key depressions per hour on computer in Hindi and English.
Lower Division Clerk (LDC) :
- Intermediate qualification from any recognized institute.
- Speed of 30 words per minute in Hindi and English typing.
