BPSC Prosecution Officer Educational Qualification 2026
Bachelor of Laws degree from a recognised University and the minimum educational qualification for a candidate for appointment shall be a Bachelor of Laws degree which is mandatory for registration to practice as an Advocate in the Court.

Preliminary Examination:
- प्रथम पत्र – सामान्य अध्ययन- इस पत्र में सामान्य ज्ञान, (समसामयिक घटनाओं की जानकारी सहित), सामान्य विज्ञान, भारतीय इतिहास एवं संस्कृति, भारतीय राज व्यवस्था तथा भूगोल के भी ऐसे प्रश्न पूछे जायेंगे जिनका उत्तर उम्मीदवार बिना विशेष अध्ययन के भी दे सकते हैं।
- द्वितीय पत्र-विधि – इस पत्र में भारतीय न्याय संहिता, 2023, भारतीय साक्ष्य अधिनियम, 2023, भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2023, सिविल प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1908 एवं भारतीय संविधान के मौलिक ज्ञान से संबंधित प्रश्न सम्मिलित होंगे।
