Eligibility Criteria For WCDC Bihar Recruitment 2025
Central Administrator
Masters in Law/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Psychology/ Social Science.
At least 5 years experience of working in any government or non-government project/ programme related to women’s issues.
Case Worker
Graduate in Law/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Psychology/ Social Science.
At least 3 years experience of working in any government or non-government project/ programme related to women’s issues.
Para Legal Personnel/ Lawyer
Graduate in Law with training in Laws relating to Women or knowledge of Laws relating to Women
At least 3 years experience of working at district level in any government or non-government project/ program related to women or 2 years experience of pleading a case in court.
Para Medical Personnel
Professional Degree/ Diploma in Paramedics.
Minimum 3 years experience of working at district level in a health related project/ programme in government or non government sector.
Psycho-social Counsellor
Bachelor in Psychology/ Neuroscience.
Minimum 3 years experience of working at district level in a Government or Non Government project/ program on women health issue.
Office Assistant with Computer Knowledge
Graduation with Diploma in Computer/ I.T.
Minimum 3 years experience of working in a Government or Non-Government/ IT Organization at State or District level in data management, documentation and web based reporting, video conferencing etc.
