DHE CHD Merit List 2025 Download UG, PG Admission

Department of Higher Education, Chandigarh Administration DHE CHD will release online merit list for taking admission in Under Graduate (UG) and Post Graduate (PG) course to the academic session 2025-26 in Government Colleges and Privately Managed Aided Colleges. All eligible candidates can download merit list online at DHE CHD official website at dhe.chd.gov.in from 07th July 2025 onwards for UG and PG admission session 2025-26.

The admission will be based on merit, which will be calculated on the basis of marks obtained in qualifying examination, less than the requisite percentage will not be rounded off to the advantage of the applicants i.e. 32.9%, 39.9% and 49.9% will not be rounded off to 33%, 40% and 50% respectively. In addition, weightage wherever applicable, will be given as per norms of Panjab University, Chandigarh.

The provisional list of all eligible applicants will be displayed on the DHE website www.dhe.chd. gov.in on the 7 July, 2025 (Monday) by 5:00 pm.

1. At first open Department of Higher Education, Chandigarh Administration official website http://dhe.chd.gov.in
2. In the top of Home Page under Important News section click on the given link as “Click here for the Provisional List of Applicants for Centralised Courses (Session 2025-2026)”.
3. You will be redirected to merit list download page of DHE CHD Admission session 2025-26.
4. Finally click on given link as Provisional List of Applicants of B.A/ B.Sc/ B.Com etc. to download your merit list in PDF file.
