- Passed Matriculation examination conducted by any board/ institute recognized by Central/ State Government;
- Minimum one year full time diploma course in cooking/ culinary arts from a recognized institute; and
- Three years of cooking experience in a prestigious hotel, restaurant or government department/ undertaking etc.
