IAF Group Y Medical Assistant Eligibility Criteria 2025
- Passed 10+2/ Equivalent Exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and with 50% marks in English. ORShould have passed two years’ Vocational Course with non-vocational subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
- Candidate with Diploma/ B.Sc in Pharmacy : Passed 10+2/ Equivalent Exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English. In addition, Diploma/ B.Sc in Pharmacy with minimum 50% marks in aggregate with valid registration from State Pharmacy Council or Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) at the time of enrolment will be mandatory requirement.
IAF Group Y Medical Assistant Medical Standards Test
- Height: Minimum acceptable height is 152 cms.
- Weight: Weight should be Proportionate to height and age as applicable for IAF.
- Chest: Minimum chest circumference should be 77 cms and the chest expansion should be at least 05 cms.
- Hearing: Candidate should have normal hearing i.e. able to hear forced whisper from a distance of 6 meters by each ear separately.
- Dental: Should have healthy gums, good set of teeth and minimum 14 dental points.
Air Force Group Y Medical Assistant Physical Fitness Test
PFT-I : Candidates have to complete 1.6 Kms run as per the following timing to qualify PFT-I:-

PFT-II : Candidates who qualify PFT-I to undergo PFT-II after 10 minutes of recuperation time. The sequence of exercises and maximum time period are as follows:-
